ALAN SIMONINIAlan began working in the construction industry in 1976 with his Dad. He and Ray Killian went into business together in 1994. At that time, he told Ray that he wanted to do three things: win the National Housing Quality Award, America's Best Builder Award, and be named National Builder of the Year. Together they have accomplished all—and more—than they set out to do.
Alan grew up in Elmhurst, Illinois outside of Chicago; attended Culver Military Academy, and graduated from Arizonia State with a degree in biology. He loves adventurous outdoor activities like sailing, boating, skiing, cycling, hiking, hunting, and fishing which explains why he is affiliated with many yacht clubs and hunt clubs.
He is very active in the community. Some of those many involvements include: Mecklenburg Boy Scouts Executive Board (2007-2011), Chairman of Friends of Scouting Campaign (2010-2011), Assistant Scout Master Troop 82 (2007-2011). He is a Muscular Dystrophy Association National Board Director (2006-2011), serves on the MDA Muscle Team Board of Directors (2005-2011) and was a Muscle Team Coach (2006-2008). He has been a member of the Charlotte Rotary since 2007 and has served as its Membership Chair since 2009.

JOHN TAMMARO Since graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Building Construction Management in 1998, John has continuously worked in the construction industry. He grew up in Highland Park, IL and moved south where he met his wife Jennifer. John, his wife, and their three children live in the town of Davidson where they enjoy boating and being outdoors. He is an avid snow skier and loves traveling with his family. John is a member of many community service organizations and is a licensed General Contractor and NCRE Builder.
BOB PUGH Bob started with Alan Simonini Homes in 2001 and has thirty years remodeling experience. Bob and his wife, Diane reside in South Charlotte with their two daughters and their golden retriever. When he is not enjoying activities with his family, he can often be found on a bicycle. Bob is a member of both NARI and NAHB Remodelors Council as well as the CORA. He was a past Chair of the Charlotte Remodelors Council.
GUS PAPPAS Gus graduated from NC State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Spanish. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of North Carolina. He received a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UNC-Charlotte and joined the Simonini team in 2003. His interests include sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Holly gantt Holly was raised in Charlotte and attended UNCC. After obtaining her Real Estate license in 1995, she began a career in the homebuilding industry selling new homes. She joined the Simonini team in 2007 and was the sales manager for the neighborhood and homes featured in HomeArama for the Charlotte Home Builders Association in 2010. She is a member of the Charlotte Region Realtor Association and a life time member of the Charlotte Homebuilders Association. Holly and her husband Brian live in Mooresville with their 2 children. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, and boating on Lake Norman.
TAMMY TODD Tammy has a BS Degree in Marketing Management from Virgina Tech and an MBA from Queens University. She is married to Jason and has one son, Charlie. Tammy loves to read and go boating.
